10 eCommerce improvements for any store

Flowerbx and Many partnered to build out Flowerbx’s detailed and meticulous requirements for an ordering and delivery platform. Built using Magento 2 and one of the earliest adopters of the second iteration of the eCommerce platform, the Flowerbx website needed several custom and bespoke modules in order for it to operate its luxury florist service.
Flowerbx is a company focused on the singular vision of getting the best quality flowers into the hands of their high-calibre clients. Catering for the likes of Jimmy Choo and Tom Ford means only the very best will do. To maintain the best quality product, Flowerbx built their own supply chain, starting at the flower markets in Holland and finishing with a bespoke hand-delivery service in Central London.
To support this operational rollout, Many built Flowerbx a bespoke Magento 2 backend, allowing orders up until a 11pm cutoff to flow through to the dispatch operation in Holland for overnight pick and pack. Once the flowers had made their overnight journey and arrived at the Flowerbx dispatch centre in London, the team used a bespoke Magento 2 integration, built by Many, to repackage and dispatch the products, using a real-time POD scan and deliver process.
Starting with London deliveries, Flowerbx has now rolled out national and international deliveries whilst maintaining the highest of product quality standards.
